THE BATTLE OF EVESHAM INTERACTIVE GAME
Research and media workshops for young people aged 11-18 years starting Thurs 7th March
from 4.30-6pm at Evesham Contact Centre, Abbey Rd, Evesham. Learn about the Battle of
Evesham and create an exciting interactive game with industry professionals
£1.50 per session.

NUMBER 8
Senior Youth Theatre- now recruiting

The Number 8 Youth Theatre comprises of weekly classes culminating in small-scale
performances for friends and family.

Classes are held every Wednesday during term time in the Courtyard Room at
Number 8. Places are available for the Senior group for 12+ year olds.

Summer Term Wednesday 17 April – Wednesday 26 June (no class 29 May)
Wednesdays  6.30pm – 8.00pm  Senior £50 (10 week term fee)

JUNEAU PROJECTS TALK
FRIDAY 15th MARCH 2013 2.30 pm at Old Library, Worcester Art Gallery
Artist-duo Juneau Projects are the TPWM artists-in-residence in Worcester for a project led by
University of Worcester, Movement Gallery and Worcester City Art Gallery. They will create an album
of songs for people to download at locations across Worcester.

THINKING OF SETTING UP YOUR OWN BUSINESS
A  two day course for recent or past graduates who are interested in starting their own business and is
being undertaken through The Worcestershire Arts Partnership  with The University of Worcester and
Creative Enterprise.'

NUMBER 8 OPEN CALL for 2013/14 Gallery Submissions
Number 8 Community Arts Centre is calling for submissions from artists and photographers interested in
exhibiting their work. The gallery space provides the local amateur visual arts community with an
opportunity to exhibit and sell their work. Number 8 programmes art exhibitions for blocks of three weeks
and is looking for exhibitors for mid October 2013 through until the end of 2014.
Applications can be made by individual artists or groups of more than one artist who wish to exhibit together.
The deadline for submissions is
Tuesday 30 April 2012.
