Business Development Manager.  F/T. Salary £25K + £7K OTE.

 

C&T is seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our services mixing drama, learning and digital media into schools and other contexts.  

C&T create interactive dramas – online applications – that enable schools to transform their classrooms through creativity and digital media. At the heart of this approach is the C&T Network: an online community of schools, universities, arts organisations and community groups that enable young people to share and learn together. We also build digital resources and websites for other arts and cultural organisations who are inspired by our vision and values.

We need an imaginative and ambitious Business Development Manager to help us meet this challenge, turning opportunities into real business, generating income, helping us to transform lives and communities.

The successful candidate will have experience of selling products and services to schools, arts education and online marketing.  They will be an excellent communicator, highly motivated and goal orientated.  The position is based at C&T’s main office in Worcester but will require regular travel.  A proven track record in sales and income generation is essential.
