PERFORM IN THE CATHEDRAL MYSTERY PLAYS THIS EASTER

Join local professional actor Laurence Aldridge, who will play Jesus, in The Passion Cycle of Mystery Plays at Worcester Cathedral in April.

If you would like to be involved in the production come along to the Chapter House of Worcester Cathedral at 7pm next Thursday 10th January and meet Laurence and the plays new Director Sheila Mander, where there will be a  workshop to help people to understand the way this exciting production will be presented. The evening which will include the first rehearsal will end at around 9pm/10pm

These dramatic plays will tell the story of Jesus’ adult life, including the Passion and Resurrection, and end with the Last Judgement.

There are 60 roles to be filled and the Company of Friends want to recruit local people from Worcestershire who have the time and talents to take part.

You don’t have to have had loads of experience in the world of amateur dramatics in order to become a member of the Company. What matters is that you have the talent, energy and commitment needed to contribute to the delivery of a wonderful, demanding production of the greatest stories ever told.

The Passion Mystery Plays at Worcester Cathedral will be staged, just after Easter on Wednesday 10th, Thursday 11th and Friday 12th April 2013 at 7.30pm.
