Help please with a community group - seeking artists to take part in their xmas show.

We offer community support short breaks to children with disability and we are planning our annual Christmas Party.

We are looking for any community drama or dance groups that would be willing to come and perform at our Party, this would be ideal if it was free and we thought that maybe a group would like to practice on us but if we have to pay then we may manage a small fee.

We are thinking of a type of pantomime show but  are open to any other ideas.

Thank you for your help we enclose a bit more information for you or  to forward on to any groups you may know.

The children we support can be all ages, up to 18 years. The extent of their disability varies hugely, many of the children or young people are mobile and healthy but have a learning disability or on the autistic spectrum which means they may be excluded from many usual activities and need supervision and help.    Some children have a physical disability, and/or health needs which means they need additional help with their care

Worcester party is 7th at Perdiswell Young person centre 10.30 – 12.30 and Kidderminster party is 14th December  2 – 4 pm our usual plan for the party is to offer arts and crafts, music and sing along, some type of Christmas or party show 30-45 mins then father Christmas this year we are inviting service users and their families so there will be a mix of people.
