Urgent call for young male actor with stand up skills in West Midlands

Jestaminute Community Theatre c.i.c is a social enterprise whose objects are :

"to use performance and media arts to enhance the life and well-being, and to enhance social cohesion  of the residents in  the midlands"

We are looking for a young male actor with significant devising/improvisation experience  to devise/rehearse/perform  a 20 -30 minute play for a men’s health project to be delivered in Redditch in November 2012.

Actor 1 – playing age - early to late twenties MUST have stand-up skills.

Audition Monday  29^th October in Redditch  

Actors must be available for:

Devising:       12^th, 13^th and 14^th November, including an evening show back of work-in progress on 13^th  to invited audience.

Rehearsals   19^th 20^th November

Performances 21st , 22^nd, 23^rd and 24^th November at   sports and social clubs aimed mainly at a male audience.

Project fee £ 900

Closing date : 5pm 19^th October
