Consultancy Services for Kidderminster Arts Festival

KAF (Kidderminster Arts Festival) has received funding from Arts Connect West Midlands to:

 Improve its partnership working,

 Improve how it engages with young people

 Explore a potential new structure to improve its future sustainability and success.

We wish to recruit a specialist consultant who can undertake this work and make informed recommendations.

The consultant appointed will carry out the following tasks;

 To consult with key organisations to understand their agendas and timetables, exploring and recommending new ways of partnership working.

 Identify key contacts in those organisations, establishing effective lines of communication.

 Outline how this process can be managed and genuinely add value for all involved.

 Create an Exit Plan, with detailed recommendations for growing partnerships, fundraising and identifying potential models of organisational structure KAF may consider to improve future stability.

 Facilitate the development of a board or committee which will support the development of KAF in the future.

The report in draft will be presented by November 2014 ready for festival planning and fundraising with proposed implementation for the following year.

The budget is £3400 (to include all expenses) and the minimum required number of consultancy days for a Project Manager is 17.

Your application should include;

 Initial response to the brief to include an outline of working methods and processes of no more than four sides of A4

 Ability to meet the proposed timetable and any milestones

 Details of relevant experience and CVs.

 Confirmation of professional indemnity insurance

 Details of 2 referees

 Details of any added value, either through additional services or additional days support.
