Start – Up Your Creative Business Workshop

Dates: Monday 7^th July and Tuesday 8^th July
Venue: Worcester Arts Workshop, 21 Sansome Street, Worcester, WR1 1UH

A free two day workshop (9.00am - 5.30pm on both days) for any creative individual based in the West Midlands, who is in the early stages (including just thinking about it) of setting up a creative business (in arts, design or media). We will cover all the essentials around your values, marketing, branding, financial management, intellectual property, your legal structure (eg self-employed, Limited Company) and your networks. By the end of the two days you will have an action plan of what to do next to really get your own business started, with further free targeted business support available from us if you go on to start trading.

 

The course is run by Percy Emmett who has extensive experience in supporting small creative businesses.
